Terrified for parents...?

My parents are going to Russia in a few weeks, and I am freaking out that something abd will happen to them. What should I do?
Answer:
Do you have a solid reason to believe something bad will happen to them? If not, you need to calm down and get ahold of your feelings. Think positive thoughts. Maybe you just don't want them to go? Take a deep breath and let it out, relax. if this doesn't help talk to your parents about your fears. Best wishes.
Jeez, they're probably safer there than anywhere else.
i dont think there really is something inspecific just hope they be safe
dont worry my mom is going to europe soon
but its the bad stuff we cant think about
Rationalize, the chances that something will happen to them is pretty slim. In fact, it's statistically much more likely that something will happen to you at home during their absence.
PRAY.
"Lay your burdens down, every care you carry"
yikes! um just think of things that are not going to happen that you know for sure. try not to think of it i bet nothing will happen to them.it matters what place in russia they are going to too.
first, calm down. freaking out won't settle anything. next, have them bring their phone, pagger, etc to contact you. if they don't have one, simply ask them to call you often so you'll know there ok.b just talk to them about it and make sure that you'll be alright when they actually leave. having you scared will just put stress on them. so just make sure you have contact and you should be fine.
ask them to be careful. and to keep in contact and to tell them how you feel about them leaving
Relax, they'll be fine.
You know what? In this day and age it doesn't surprise me that people, like you, get afraid at your parents leaving for a trip. All I can say is to have phone #'s of where they are going to be and their flight #' and times. Wish them the best but let them know you do worry about them so if you could e-mail/and/or call you it would make you feel much better
Chill, Russia in not on the current list of travel advisories. They'll be fine.
relax, did u know that if u worry about something alot it could happen. proven fact, so just chill!!!!!!
Relax, they are going to be worried about you and they will call you when they get there and let you know they are fine. Tell them to keep in-touch with you through out there stay and it will be fine, they wouldn't be going if they felt they were in danger!
It is alright to be worried but just to warn you tensions are rising between the U.S. and Russia, so I wouldn't go there. I'm positive they'll be okay it is okay to worry and it is good that you do, shows you love them :-)
